7-Day Full Refund Policy

1. Our commitment

We want you to feel confident about joining the MS Holistic Health Coaching Program. Because lifestyle change is personal and we believe in giving you time to decide whether the Program is the right fit, we offer a straightforward 7-day full refund policy.

2. Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund of ₹14,999 if your refund request is made within 7 calendar days of the date of your original purchase. The refund is available regardless of whether you have:

• Started or not started the Program.
• Completed the lifestyle assessment or any coaching sessions.
• Accessed or downloaded any Program materials.

The 7-day period begins on the date and time of your successful payment and ends exactly 7 calendar days later.

3. How to request a refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to sadunayan23@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase.
2. Use the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Order ID]" (your order ID was emailed to you in the order confirmation).
3. Include in your email:
   • Your full name as it appeared on the order
   • The email address used at checkout
   • Your order / transaction ID
   • The date of purchase (optional but helpful)
4. Send the email. You will receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours.

You do not need to provide a reason for your refund request. We will honour every valid request within the 7-day window.

4. Processing the refund

Once we receive your refund request:

• We will verify that the request is within the 7-day eligibility window.
• We will confirm your refund via email within 24 hours of receiving your request.
• The refund will be processed through the same payment method used at checkout (typically Razorpay).
• The refunded amount (the full ₹14,999 ) will typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days , depending on your bank or card issuer.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

5. Access to the Program after a refund

Once a refund is processed, your access to the MS Holistic Health Coaching Program — including all content, materials, sessions, and the membership portal — will be revoked. If you wish to rejoin the Program at a later date, you are welcome to do so at the then-current price.

6. Refund requests after 7 days

Refund requests made after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund under this policy. This is because the Program is delivered progressively over 3 months, and significant coaching time, planning, and resources are dedicated to each participant from the moment they enroll.

If you have a concern about the Program after the 7-day window, please contact us at sadunayan23@gmail.com. We will do our best to address your concerns, although we cannot guarantee a refund outside the eligibility window.

7. Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the Program more than once (for example, due to a payment retry or duplicate checkout), please contact us immediately. We will refund the duplicate transaction in full, regardless of the timing.

8. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about your purchase, we kindly ask that you contact us first at sadunayan23@gmail.com so we can resolve it quickly. We are committed to processing all eligible refunds under this policy. Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without contacting us first may delay the resolution and may affect your eligibility for future Programs.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the effective date. The refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your specific transaction.
