These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MS Holistic Health Coaching Program ("the Program") offered by MS Holistic Health Coaching ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or accessing the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Program is designed for men and women between the ages of 30 and 55 who are seeking lifestyle and health coaching. By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally able to enter into a binding contract.
2. Program description
The Program is a structured 3-month coaching journey focused on nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress and lifestyle. It includes a lifestyle assessment, personalized guidance on food and movement, sleep routine guidance, and accountability check-ins. The exact format and delivery method may be communicated at the start of the Program.
The Program is delivered through one or more of the following: scheduled sessions (online or in-person), written guidance, audio or video content, and ongoing communication through approved channels.
3. Medical disclaimer
The Program is for health education, lifestyle guidance and coaching purposes only. It is not a medical service and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, illness or medical condition. The Program is not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health care, or emergency services.
Before starting the Program or making significant changes to your diet, exercise routine or sleep schedule, you should consult your qualified healthcare provider — especially if you:
- Have a pre-existing medical condition or chronic illness.
- Are pregnant or nursing.
- Are taking prescription medication.
- Have a history of eating disorders or disordered eating.
- Are recovering from surgery or a major health event.
By enrolling, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in the Program and that you have either consulted a medical professional or have decided, at your own risk, to proceed without doing so.
4. No guarantees
Individual results vary and depend on many factors including your starting point, commitment, lifestyle and adherence to the guidance provided. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including weight loss, improved health markers, disease prevention, or any other measurable result from participating in the Program.
5. Payment and pricing
The current price of the Program is ₹6,999 (Indian Rupees, inclusive of all applicable taxes), payable as a single one-time payment at the time of enrollment. The price is locked at the rate displayed at the time of your purchase.
We reserve the right to change the price of the Program for future enrollments at any time. Existing enrolled participants will not be affected by such changes.
6. Refunds

7. User conduct
When participating in the Program, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and honest information during the lifestyle assessment and throughout the Program.
- Communicate respectfully with the coaching team and any other participants.
- Use Program content for your personal use only and not redistribute, resell or share it with others.
- Not reproduce, record, or distribute any Program materials without prior written permission.
8. Intellectual property
All Program content — including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, workbooks, frameworks, and methodologies — is the intellectual property of MS Holistic Health Coaching and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your personal, non-commercial benefit during and after the Program.
9. Confidentiality
We treat all personal and health information you share during the Program as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to any third party except as required by law or with your explicit written consent.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MS Holistic Health Coaching, its coaches, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or any health-related outcomes.
Your participation in the Program is voluntary and at your own risk.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Program at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in conduct that is harmful to us or other participants. In such cases, a prorated refund may be considered at our discretion.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
